Return & Refund Policy of HydroJug

Return Timeframe and Eligibility

HydroJug allows you to request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn, remaining in the exact condition as received.
All original packaging, tags, parts, and materials must be intact and included.
The item must pass our inspection to confirm it is suitable for resale.

Returns will not be accepted or refunded if the product is missing original packaging, shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or was misused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for returns:

Personalized or custom-made items
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Products damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting HydroJug immediately. After this 12-hour window, cancellations cannot be processed.

Returning Items

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note that shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.

Refunds

After HydroJug receives and inspects the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as ordered, keep all original packaging and contact HydroJug immediately at zuveelias@gmail.com. We will promptly resolve such issues.

Order processing takes approximately 2-4 business days before shipment.
Delivery times typically range from 7-15 business days, depending on your location.
