HydroJug Terms of Service

Order Approval and Processing

Every order submitted to HydroJug undergoes a careful review to ensure accuracy and protect against fraud. We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or reject any order due to limited stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once your order is approved, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Following processing, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days. Shipping fees are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After this period, the order enters automated fulfillment, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, contact HydroJug customer care within 14 calendar days of your package delivery.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return authorization from HydroJug is required before sending any item back. Please email customer care at zuveelias@gmail.com to obtain authorization.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Permitted Use of Our Website

By using the HydroJug website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are prohibited:

Disruption or interference with website functionality or security
Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful software

Product Information Accuracy

HydroJug strives to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and images for our products, including Accessories, Can Coolers, Coffee Travelers, Ease2o, PR Boxes, Everyday Tumblers, Insulated Shakers, and Pro Jug V2 items. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors. All sales are subject to final confirmation of stock and price.
