At HydroJug, we prioritize accurate and timely order fulfillment. Each order is processed carefully within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note, during major holidays or special promotion periods, processing times may be longer than usual.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order leaves HydroJug’s fulfillment center, standard delivery within the United States generally takes 7-12 business days. However, actual delivery times depend on factors beyond our control such as your location, carrier handling, customs clearance, and potential delays caused by weather or transit issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the details of your order and displayed during checkout for your review before you finalize your purchase. This ensures transparency about shipping costs upfront.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it to avoid shipment processing. After this window, cancellation requests may not be fulfilled. To cancel your order, please contact HydroJug immediately at zuveelias@gmail.com.
Tracking Your Shipment
After your package ships, HydroJug will send you an email containing your shipment tracking details. Please allow some time for tracking information to update on the carrier’s system before checking your delivery status online.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a product, please initiate the return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, HydroJug will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
